Occupational Therapist

Full or part-time
Practice setting: Mixed, Skilled Nursing, Outpatient, Inpatient
Experience: prefer minimum of 1 year experience but will consider new grads

• Must have graduated from an accredited school and current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Must have current CPR certification
• Evaluates patients for areas of dysfunction
• Provide skilled services in accordance with physician orders
• Implements programs to enhance/increase the patient's level of functional independence through use of appropriate functional activities
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
