Helpful Insurance Tips

To enhance our ability to assist you with your insurance, here are some things that you can do to help us when you receive services from our facility.

  • Bring your insurance card with you at every visit. This will be extremely helpful in making the registration process go smoothly.
  • Expect us to verify all of your information such as address, phone number, birthdate, social security number, guarantor, etc. on each visit.
  • If the claim is a worker's compensation claim, share that information with us at registration so we can get the correct information for submission of the claim for payment.
  • Make sure your primary care physician is correct with your insurance company.
  • Respond quickly to any requests from your insurance company. This will allow them to pay us more quickly.
  • Call your insurance company's customer service line if you have any questions about a service being paid for. They can verify immediately if the service is covered under your plan.
