Tired of being SLEEPY?
Sleep is essential to our health, well-being and safety. It is the quality of sleep, which ultimately affects the quality of our life. If you are sleeping 7-8 hours/night and are still tired during the day, you might have a sleep disorder that you may be completely unaware of.
If you or someone you know has one or more of the following symptoms, a sleep disorder may be the cause.

- Snore frequently
- High blood pressure
- Overweight
- Morning headaches
- Wake up in the morning feeling non-refreshed
- Difficulty concentrating and completing tasks at work
- Feel sleepy during the day
- Feel sleepy or doze off while watching TV, reading, driving or engaged in daily activities
- Awake at night gasping for air or choking
- Kicking or twitching movements while asleep
- Pauses in breathing while you sleep
- Falling asleep while driving
If you have any of these symptoms, make an appointment to discuss this with your primary care physician. A physician referral is required before a sleep study may be scheduled.
We can help!
A sleep study is normally one overnight session, however, depending on the results of the overnight study, another visit may be required. The overnight study begins at approximately 7:45 pm on the evening of the test and end the next morning. The sleep study staff are always present and able to provide assistance at any time. You are provided with a private bedroom.
Once complete, a physician specializing in sleep disorders will interpret the results of the sleep problem and prescribe a treatment plan to help you get a good night's sleep.
An evaluation in a sleep laboratory may improve your health and possibly save your life.
