Boscobel Area Health Care's facilities consist of a hospital, long-term care center, and three primary care clinics.
Hospital
We offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services and are dedicated to providing state-of-the are medicine using advanced technology and the latest procedures. The hospital includes diagnostic services, rehabilitation services, family-centered birthing suites, a modern surgical unit, and 24 hour emergency services.
Primary Care Clinics
Our clinics are located, staffed, and structured to make it easy for people to see a doctor. Our staff members provide a personalized, attentive style of medicine dedicated to the continuity of care as needs change. Clinics are located in Boscobel, Muscoda, and Fennimore, and include staff physicians and visiting specialists.
Long-Term Care
For our nursing home residents, we treat our long-term care facility as their home, and conduct ourselves as their guests as we provide them with quality medical care. Personal choice is emphasized in care, recreation, and services at our facility.
